The Galveston National Laboratory, which was created by Tony Fauci under the banner of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), forged a partnership with the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) allowing the Chinese laboratory the right to force its American counterpart to “destroy and / or return the secret files, materials and equipment without any backups.”
A memorandum was signed between the two entities establishing this agreement, which appears to have been created for the purpose of covering up damning information that could expose the Galveston National Laboratory and / or the NIAID to public scrutiny.
The Texas-based lab’s multi-year collaborative partnership with the WIV included various hosting exchange programs and training researchers at the lab’s Biosafety Level 4 (BSL-4) facility. Directors from both the Wuhan lab and the Galveston National Laboratory admitted in 2018 that they work with the “world’s most dangerous pathogens.”
These revelations come as Fauci’s direct role in funding bat coronavirus research at the WIV gets exposed, a relationship that newly uncovered documents show was only just the tip of the iceberg in terms of Fauci’s crimes against humanity. The WIV, by the way, is believed by some to be the source of the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19).
A different set of internal documents obtained by the government watchdog group U.S. Right to Know (USRTK) further confirms the existence of this program and provides even further insight into the agreement that was made between the Galveston National Laboratory and the WIV.
USRTK was able to procure an official contract showing that a partnership had been cemented between Wuhan and Galveston back in 2017. That agreement was called:
“Memorandum Of Understanding Of Cooperation Between Wuhan Institute Of Virology, Chinese Academy Of Sciences, And The University Of Texas Medical Branch At Galveston.”
The 16th section of this contract / memo, entitled “Confidentiality,” reveals how the WIV has the power to ask the Galveston lab to “destroy and / or return the secret files, materials and equipment without any backups.”
“All cooperation and exchanges, documents, data, details and materials shall be treated as confidential information by the parties,” the contract further adds. (Related: Learn more about how Fauci funneled American taxpayer dollars to Wuhan to create deadly bioweapons.)
The “objectives of the cooperation” outlined in the contract further explain that one of its goals is “to strengthen the academic and talent exchanges between the parties” and “to promote the research cooperation between China and the United States for controlling infectious diseases.”
Another revelation found in the memo is an understanding between Galveston and Wuhan that both labs are free to “exchange the virus resources strictly for the scientific purposes,” meaning that bioengineered viruses are allowed to move back and forth between the United States and China.
The memo appears to have been signed by the Galveston lab’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel Carolee King, as well as Director James LeDuc.
As you may recall, Fauci bent over backwards to try to distance himself from the WIV when it started to become clear that U.S. government agencies and entities overseen by Fauci were directly involved with Wuhan and its bioweapons creation programs.
Fauci tried to claim that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) had no relationship with the WIV, even though the NIH was listed as a partner of WIV on the WIV website up until early 2021 when this information conveniently got scrubbed from the internet.
You can run, Fauci, but you cannot hide. The truth is quickly catching up to you.
